Griffin Glasshouses require skill and experience to construct and so are not supplied as a DIY kit, we only supply and fit them.

As part of the sales process we normally visit the clients site to check out access and discuss the details of the project. The guide price shown assumes good access.

Griffin Glasshouses Guarantee

There is a guarantee on the aluminium frame of the structure. It is very rare for this Guarantee to be called upon but in the unlikely event that you need to it is important to understand exactly what is covered.

This lasts 25 years and is not transferrable. We urge that you look after your Griffin glasshouse structure making sure that it is cleaned once a year and relevant parts oiled according to our maintenance instructions. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the paintwork.

As part of our guarantee we will carry out any remedial work to rectify any unlikely defects in materials or workmanship, to be clear this does not include any of the rubber, foam, or
paintwork, these elements fall into a separate guarantee. Glass is not covered by the warranty.

BioGreen heaters – 3 year manufacturer warranty

Bayliss Hydraulicheck automatic ventilator openers - 2 year manufacturer warranty. A number is stamped on the Bayliss power tubes, this tells the manufacturer the date of manufacture. Bayliss have a comprehensive website http://www.baylissautovents.co.uk. They sell replacement tubes online and have pdf instructions which can be downloaded to explain how to simply exchange the tubes

The lead time for Griffin Glasshouses may vary according to demand. Currently the lead time for Herb Garden Collection models is about 5 months from order. This is dependant on the customer having walls built within a certain time period. Details on request.
