A rough average cost for building this model is about 30% to 33% of the value of the Greenhouse (depending on the width of panes of glass) with accessories and assumes you will have a suitable Dwarf Wall prepared in advance for it. .

Delivery in kit form (by truck) for self assembly (within 150km of Birr) excluding offloading*

* This model comes with a large A frame pallet of glass and other parts which cannot be offloaded without a forklift or similar machine. When buying the Greenhouse in kit form the customer must arrange and cover the cost of this. If we are constructing this is not necessary.

10 Year warranty on the frame (against defects in manufacture)

Lead times can vary according to multiple factors including demand, type of model, shipping cycle (we typically ship once a month from Janssens). Currently for Janssen 'Custom' models the overall lead time from receipt of a confirmed order (payment of a deposit and signed agreement to our terms and conditions) the lead time is 3 to 4 months for delivery of the kit. Please check at time of order.
