The average cost for building this model is about 20% to 30% of the value of the Greenhouse (depending on the width of panes of glass, size of Greenhouse and location) with accessories and assumes you will have a flat and level site prepared in advance for it.

Delivery in kit form (by truck) for self assembly within 150km of Birr) excluding offloading*

* This model comes with a large A frame pallet of glass and other parts which cannot be offloaded without a forklift or similar machine. When buying the Greenhouse in kit form the customer must arrange and cover the cost of this. If we are constructing this is not necessary.

1 0 Year warranty on the frame (against defects in manufacture)

Lead times can vary according to multiple factors including demand, type of model, shipping cycle (we typically ship once a month from Janssens). Currently for Janssen 'Custom' models the overall lead time from receipt of a confirmed order (payment of a deposit and signed agreement to our terms and conditions) the lead time is 3 to 4 months for delivery of the kit. Please check at time of order.
