The mill finish version is where the aluminium used is not given a surface treatment such as anodising or powder coating, it is a bit cheaper but will discolour and tarnish over time (which the powder coated version will resist for a very long time). The mill finish version is typically ordered where the Greenhouse is for production use in a commercial enterprise where aesthetics are not at all important.
